  • You prefer traditional workflows and aren’t comfortable using AI tools daily.

  • You're looking for a relaxed pace or need heavy management to stay on track.

  • You want rigid roles with narrow scopes—we value flexibility and ownership.

  • You need to work outside Western European time zones or expect synchronous support outside core hours.

  • If we like your responses, we will invite you to have a 45-60min video call with us.

  • If you feel a good fit, the final call is with one of our advisors. He is an engineer too.
